Custom Made-to-Order Production

All IOHA products are custom-printed upon order via our specialized fulfillment partners.
Processing Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by the following factors:

• Destination: Rates vary based on domestic or international location.

• Weight & Dimensions: Heavier or oversized items (such as hoodies and large canvases) may incur higher shipping costs.

• Fulfillment Origin: Because we use multiple specialized facilities, shipping is calculated based on the specific origin of each custom item.

Estimated Transit Times

• United States: 3–6 business days (economy tiers may take up to 8 business days)

• International: 10–30 business days

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple specialized fulfillment partners, items within a single order may arrive in separate packages at different times. A unique tracking number will be provided for each shipment.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred on international orders.
