Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Eligible Digital Products Only)

Try any of our Online Courses and Study Bundles for 30 days. If the product isn’t the right fit for you or doesn’t meet your needs, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify, we simply ask that you’ve engaged with the product:

  • Courses and Quiz Packs: Complete at least one module or 20% of the course content.

  • Study Bundles: Access at least one module or 20% of the course content or quiz packs. eBooks or atlases included in a Study Bundle are refundable, as they are counted as part of the bundle. However, refund eligibility may be reviewed based on the download history of the eBooks and atlases. If a large portion of the eBooks has been downloaded, the purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

Once these minimal requirements are met, contact us and we’ll review your request promptly.

Note: This guarantee does not apply to Live/In-Lab courses. All standalone eBook and atlas purchases not included in bundles are non-refundable.

30-Day Return Policy (Physical Products)

All of our physical products are custom-printed upon order through our specialized fulfillment partners. Because of this, we do not accept standard returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference-based reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo proof of the issue at:

Once confirmed, we will offer a free reprint or a refund of the product price.

Photo proof should clearly show the issue, such as:

  • You ordered one size (e.g., Large) but received a different size (e.g., Medium)
  • You received the wrong product, design, or variant

Please note: Selecting the wrong size or variant at checkout is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Invalid or Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to the fulfillment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer and is lost in transit, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges for print-on-demand products.

If your item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed with photo proof.

Once a product is in production, we are unable to make changes or edits to the order. Requests to change the size, color, or variant due to customer preference require a new purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Print-on-demand physical products (unless defective or incorrect as described above)
  • Digital downloads (such as eBooks and atlases)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union / UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days of delivery for physical products, unless exceptions apply (see below).

Exceptions for Physical Products:

  • Products made to your specifications (custom-printed or personalized)
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons

For all other eligible physical items, the 14-day cooling-off period begins from the delivery date.

Digital Products:
Your statutory 14-day right to cancel applies until you start accessing the digital content. Once you begin engaging with the product, this right is waived, and your 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee starts from the date you first access or engage with the product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
